He has over 25 years of experience representing investors, securities professionals and companies in securities fraud lawsuits, arbitrations and investigations. He represents employees and employers in lawsuits, arbitration, mediation, contract negotiations and investigations. He also represents clients in entertainment, real estate and intellectual property disputes. Before founding his firm in 2009, Tony practiced law with some of the nation’s leading law firms in high stakes litigation.

Tony’s peers rank him at the highest level of professional and ethical excellence. He has served as both chairperson and member of bar association committees devoted to ethics in the law.
